Rocky Road Power

Frank Lill & Son, Inc. had the general contract for the construction of a 260 MW gas fired simple cycle peaking plant in the Chicago, IL area. Project included drilling of all caissons, concrete, excavation, and included the installation of two (2) Westinghouse 501D5A combustion turbines, one (1) GE LM5000 gas turbine plus compressor station, all plant mechanical auxiliary equipment, and all piping systems. This contract was completed within six (6) months of notice of award.
