Grays Ferry Cogeneration

Frank Lill & Son, Inc.’s work scope included total mechanical construction services to build a 173 MW Combined Cycle Cogeneration facility in downtown Philadelphia. The project included erecting a 660,000# ST/HR double wide Nooter Erickson HRSG, a Westinghouse 501-D Gas Turbine, a 720,000# St./Hr. Cerrey field erected conventional boiler, a 50 MW steam turbine, two (2) 250’ tall steel smoke stacks, all auxiliary equipment, and plant piping systems.
