General Railway Signal Corp

Frank Lill & Son, Inc. had the Engineer, Procure & Construct contract to design build an entirely new steam generating facility for the General Railway Signal Corp in Rochester, NY. This contract included all engineering, new building construction, furnishing and installing four new boilers, economizers, feed water system, construction of an underground fuel oil storage facility complete with pumping and heating equipment, natural gas fuel oil storage facility, complete revision of the existing plant condensate system, miscellaneous associated equipment erection, as well as all new controls and instrumentation as required.
