Frank Lill & Son, Inc. was the prime general contractor and construction manager of this new build, gas and oil fired power plant. Our contract included the installation of a new powerhouse building, oil tank farm, electrical, piping, boiler and auxiliaries, compressors, thermal insulation, etc. required to provide a turnkey steam generating facility package. This project was performed on a fast track basis with steam on within six months of the contract date and completion within three months thereafter.
