Frank Lill & Son, Inc. has performed several outages at the Covanta Onondaga facility in Jamesville, NY throughout the years. Some outage highlights include the removal and installation of 10 partial superheater leading edge and 90 partial connection bank assemblies in Unit 1, 50 partial connection bank assemblies in Unit 2, as well as 11 partial superheater leading edge and 70 partial connection bank assemblies in Unit 3. Frank Lill & Son, Inc. was instrumental in the construction of this facility (known then as Ogden-Martin Resource Recovery Center)
