Frank Lill & Son, Inc. has performed multiple projects in this facility over the last 60 years. Some of our past contracts included constructing the facility’s original central boiler plant in the 1950’s, relocating the central steam facility to a separate onsite building in the 1990’s and servicing /maintenance contracts through present day. In addition to boiler work, Frank Lill & Son, Inc. has performed extensive steam and condensate pipe work in the facility.
