Frank Lill & Son, Inc. provided turnkey construction and project management services to erect a Combustion Power Company electro-scrubber with all auxiliaries. Project scope included demolition of an existing boiler, extensive additions and modifications to the plant’s flue gas breeching and ash handling systems, general construction, installation of scrubber control system, structural and miscellaneous steel erection, insulation, plant piping modifications and add items and setting of all major items of equipment including a baghouse, scrubber, mechanical dust collector, pumps, etc.
