Frank Lill & Son, Inc.’s work scope included labor, supervision, tools, equipment, installation, consumable materials, services and testing devices on this new waste to energy plant. It also included warehousing necessary for supply, handling, hauling, unloading and receiving, assembly, erection, construction, testing and pre-commissioning requirements through mechanical completion of the air pollution controls and mechanical equipment. We also had all piping, miscellaneous structural steel, HVAC, plumbing, instrumentation, electrical (including heat trace wiring on piping and equipment) and insulation for equipment and piping. This project also included extensive conveyor and ash processing equipment.
