Alcoa Massena - Waste Water

Frank Lill & Son, Inc. was awarded a seven figure general contract to build a hazardous waste water remediation facility for Alcoa at their Massena, NY plant. Our contract included all concrete work, electrical work, tank erection, equipment setting and process piping needed to erect this new wastewater treatment plant. This plant utilized new technology for the control of hazardous contaminants such as PCB’s.
